Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

  • Returns or refunds are only available for items that are found to be damaged when delivered or are not the items you ordered.
  • If the correct item was delivered and it meets our quality standards but does not meet your personal preference, it will not be eligible for a return or refund.
  • To initiate a return, please provide at least three images showing the damage, including one full image of the product.
  • If you receive an incorrect or damage product, please provide a screenshot of the item you ordered from our website along with your order number to initiate a return or refund. This ensures we can verify and process your request accurately.

Return Procedure

  1. Contact us at mark@weavenyc.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Refunds exclude delivery charges, which are non-refundable.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging to avoid any damage in transit.
  4. Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of purchase for unused, unwashed items with original tags intact.
