We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase at Weave NYC. However, in case of any issues, we have established a clear return and refund process to assist you.
Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
- Returns or refunds are only available for items that are found to be damaged when delivered or are not the items you ordered.
- If the correct item was delivered and it meets our quality standards but does not meet your personal preference, it will not be eligible for a return or refund.
- To initiate a return, please provide at least three images showing the damage, including one full image of the product.
- If you receive an incorrect or damage product, please provide a screenshot of the item you ordered from our website along with your order number to initiate a return or refund. This ensures we can verify and process your request accurately.
Return Procedure
- Contact us at mark@weavenyc.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Refunds exclude delivery charges, which are non-refundable.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging to avoid any damage in transit.
- Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of purchase for unused, unwashed items with original tags intact.
